Melon is low in fat and contains several key vitamins and minerals, such as: Vitamin C: proven to boost your immune system, as well as give you healthy skin, strengthen tissues, and promote healthy brain function




Serves 4 People | Estimated Time 5 Minutes


One in a Melon Smoothie


Your Ingredients

  • 8 fly oz Coconut Water

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 medium banana

  • 1/3 cup watermelon chunks

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon

  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lime

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients into the blender

2. Pour in the coconut water

3. Blend together until smooth and consistent.
